DWI 2nd and Resisting Arrest- Motion to Suppress Granted

Our client was detained and subsequently arrested in her front yard for DWI and Resisting Arrest following a 911 call by her estranged mother in law that our client had just left her home and was intoxicated.   Our Motion to Suppress alleged DPS troopers violated her expectation of privacy by entering her property.  After a hearing and testimony by the Trooper, the Judge agreed with us and granted the Motion to Suppress, resulting in both cases being dismissed.
