Our client was alleged to have tested positive for methamphetamine and ETG, an alleged marker for the consumption of alcohol. Upon hearing the evidence over our objections, the Court revoked her probation and sentenced her to prison. Our appellate brief highlighted these objections and explained why our client's failed test results were inadmissible.  The appellate court agreed and overturned the revocation of her probation and prison sentence.
