Agents seized tens of thousands of dosages units of anabolic steroids upon executing a federal search warrant  at the home of our future client based upon the shipment of anabolic steroids throughout the country via the United States Postal Service.  Days later, our future client was in China and remained there for several months.  Upon returning to the United States, our client was arrested on a seven count federal indictment alleging conspiracy to possess and distribute anabolic steroids and aiding and abetting the introduction of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce.  

Though our client had fled to China, we were able to secure pretrial release. After even more work, we were able to secure a pretrial diversion agreement with the Government that resulted in the case being dismissed against our client.
