After securing a retrial for our client on her murder conviction, we were able to convince the District Attorney, a Special Prosecutor and the Trial Court that the Assistant District Attorney that previously handled the case had committed prosecutorial misconduct to the degree that a retrial would violate her state and federal Constitutional rights.  Case dismissed.
